We have received a number of requests for signed copies. Here is how to order:

Hardcover $69.95, Paperback $54.95. Sales tax and shipping included (The Foundation will pay for applicable taxes and shipment)

1. Choose Paperback or Hardcover

2. Pay via Zelle, wire transfer, or check. Payment methods include:

3. Send an email with payment confirmation to chefmetzbook@gmail.com. In your email:

   • Confirm your mailing address (it cannot be a POBox)

   • Confirm to whom the book should be signed

In addition, I plan to be at the ACF convention in June 2024 and will be able to sign books there.
